In Troop 51, Scouts have the opportunity to learn and employ multiple leadership skills such as the patrol method which involves splitting the troop into smaller groups with a leader for each of those groups. Additionally, almost all of our troop activities and outings are scout led which provides scouts with the opportunity to learn how to lead other scouts.
